Bim Coordinator

Job Description

Larnach Recruitment currently have an immediate need for an experienced Bim Technician based in the city.

The successful candidate will meet the following criteria:

Essential Criteria:

• Significant experience in computer assisted drafting and design.
• Strong working knowledge of Revit and Navisworks is required.
• Profound knowledge of the BIM process as it pertains to collaboration and coordination between disciplines.
• Willingness to learn new software and develop standards.
• Customer service experience exhibiting strong oral and written communication skills as well as the ability to work well with individuals (co-workers, clients, vendors) at all levels.

Duties:

• Producing 3D models using Revit, AutoCAD and Civils 3D software
• Creating sketches, drawings and schedules to assist the site team
• Undertaking clash avoidance and clash detection whilst modelling
• Quantification from BIM models to assist the quantity surveying team
