Finishing Foreman – Dublin

Our client, one of Ireland’s leading contractors, are currently seeking an experienced Finishing Foreman to join their team in Dublin. Experience in high finish fitouts of commercial and residential highrise and lowrise developments is essential.

The role will entail taking developments from structure right through to client handover

Requirements:

• Managing Sub-Contractors and on-site personnel driving the project through to successful completion on time, within budget and adhering to the highest standards
• Communicating with Site Manager; Sub-Contractors detailing programmes and co-ordination of works.
• Implementation of Daily and Weekly Programmes together with the issue of programme detail to sub-contractors
• Attending weekly Management Team meeting for the Construction Team
• Keeping detailed notes of all site activities
• Ensuring work is carried out to the highest of standards
• Ability to motivate Labourers and sub-contractors
• Highly computer literate in relevant tools, including MS Office, project programming and analysis tools
