The Role:

The private rented sector (PRS) has become an increasingly important part of the Irish residential market, with the number of households in private rental accommodation growing threefold in the last 20 years, and now accounts for approximately 18% of all household tenure types. Our Client is a unique company that leads the market in PRS inspection and independent verification of accommodation standards.

Our main clients are Local Authorities securing accommodation in the PRS for people who have a housing need.

Our Client is currently seeking to recruit recently qualified Building Surveyors to join their existing inspection team as Housing Inspectors in the PRS inspection space. Using the company’s mobile technology, you will be responsible for surveying, inspecting and reporting on the condition of private rented accommodation.
