Housing Inspector – Dublin

Job Description

Larnach Recruitment are currently looking for a Housing inspector to work in the south Dublin area. Inspections will be of occupied private rented properties. Full training will be provided with in-depth application on tablet to be used to complete inspections.

Full driving license and access to vehicle is essential. This is a full-time position and would be ideal for a graduate who is looking to gain meaningful experience. A level 8 degree in Building Surveying, Civil/Structural Engineering or similar relevant course is essential. A graduate program is in place and the expectation that the successful candidate would be willing to move to chartered status.
