Section Foreman – Fitout

Job Description

Our client, one of Ireland’s leading main contractors, are currently seeking an experienced Section Foreman to join their team in Dublin. Experience in high finish fitouts of commercial and residential highrise developments is essential. The project is a €300 million development in central Dublin.

The RC/Structural Steel frame is almost at completion and the successful candidate will be managing section from here to client handover

Requirements:

• Managing Sub-Contractors and on-site personnel driving the project through to successful completion on time, within budget and adhering to the highest standards
• Communicating with Site Manager; Sub-Contractors detailing programmes and co-ordination of works.
• Implementation of Daily and Weekly Programmes together with the issue of programme detail to sub-contractors
• Attending weekly Management Team meeting for the Construction Team
• Keeping detailed notes of all site activities
• Ensuring work is carried out to the highest of standards
• Ability to motivate Labourers and sub-contractors
• Highly computer literate in relevant tools, including MS Office, project programming and analysis tools
