Site Manager – Residential

Job Description

Larnach Recruitment are seeking applications for the position of a Site Manager for a large new residential project in South Dublin. Our client is a Large Main Contractor with a history of completing projects to the highest standards, in budget and on time. The goal is to exceed clients expectations and to add value to their business.

What you need to have
A Degree in Construction Management or Trade Qualification (e.g. Carpentry) is desirable

10 Years Construction Management Experience on site.
Extensive experience completing large scale residential projects taking them from green field through to hand over.
Competant with Cad, Project, Word, etc.
Excellent communication skills with ability to lead project teams.
