Job Description

Larnach Recruitment currently require a Working Foreman for large Building contractor who mainly focuses on the high-end residential sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise sub-contractors
  • Liaise with the project and site manager
  • Ensure work is carried out to specification and to the highest possible standards
  • Manage health and safety on site

Requirements:

  • Have a broad and detailed knowledge of residential projects
  • Have an excellent eye for detail and a strong work ethic
  • Is ambitious and looking to take the next step in their career
  • Ability to work to deadlines
